commonly available software because it offers superior functionality and automation
capabilities. SAS software enables the development of analytical and reporting processes
that run entirely in batch mode. Using SAS/Intrnet software, the output from these processes can be directed to a web server and presented as interactive reports with drill down capabilities. SAS/OLAP Server offers OLAP functionality via a browser using Java. Using SAS ODS facility I can create sophisticated reports in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and PDF formats.
